Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of The Stables @ Seabeck services including horse boarding, event space rentals, and party rentals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

Horse Boarding:

1. Boarding Agreement: All horse boarding arrangements are subject to a boarding agreement. By boarding your horse with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in the boarding agreement.
2. Care and Welfare: We will provide reasonable care for boarded horses, including feeding, turnout, and stall maintenance, in accordance with industry standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of the horse while on our premises.
3. Health and Vaccinations: All boarded horses must be up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any horse that does not meet our health requirements.

Event Space Rentals:

1. Reservation: Event space rentals are subject to availability and reservation. To reserve a space, a deposit may be required.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific cancellation terms.
3. Use of Facilities: The rented event space must be used in accordance with the rental agreement and local regulations. Any damage caused to the facilities during the rental period may result in additional charges.

Party Rental Supplies:

1. Rental Period: Rental supplies are available for the agreed-upon rental period. Extensions may be granted upon request, subject to availability.
2. Care of Equipment: Rental supplies must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented. Any damage or excessive wear may result in additional charges.
3. Refund Policy: Refunds for rental supplies will be provided in accordance with the following policy:
   
   • Full refund if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the rental date.
   • Partial refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the rental date, subject to a cancellation fee.

General:

1. Liability: The Stables @ Seabeck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Stables @ Seabeck from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The Stables @ Seabeck reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Other:

Under Washington state law, there is limited liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such an injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. We are required to ensure that in any activity involving minor children, only age-appropriate access to activities, equipment, and animals is permitted. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
